  • @CareyforFitness is see. i can do 70push ups and 25pull ups without stoping. i have been doing bodyweight workout for about 4 years, i usually switch between bodyweight and weightlifting. im not really a big kid. i just want to put 10 pounds of muscle mass with bodyweights. Is that possible

  • @fangsoflight Bodyweight workouts are still great exercises to improve muscle strength and endurance. How many pullups or pushups can you do? Think of gymnasts. They only use their bodyweights to defy the gravity. They boast the finest looking physique. Of course, if you want to bulk up like pro bodybuilders, put some extra weights.

  • @CareyforFitness exactly what does bodyweight workouts do for your muscle

  • Yes, of course. Progression are variation are the keys to fitness training success.

  • Very nice video. Should it be done as a 10-12 rep per exercise circuit?

  • Thank you for your encouraging comments.
