I would love to read from the resources where you get your facts. I believe you. I am part of the Occupy movement but I would like to be able to back up my statements with fact; books, articles, etc. were I can get this information from. I don't mean the Constitution. I already know that.

This is not telling you the whole truth. Why are Banks allowed to "swindle" your money? Because, Geitner in 1999 (Clinton Administration) killed the Glass-Steagall act of 1933 for Citi Bank.
Guess why they created this act in 1933? Because the investment side of banks brought down the banking side and caused the great depression.
Guess what happened after Geitner repealed this act? Banks failed because of the investments and created this mess we are in? Coincidence? Don't think so
