Why was the constable bothering a law abiding citizen who had broken no laws? This is why we are fast losing respect for the police in this country, his clear attempts to bully and threaten an innocent man in order to make him give his details (which he does not legally have to do under these circumstances) clearly shows the underhanded way the police work...
