@venedith666 Because they are tax exempt. YOU help pay their wages, for their "technology", for their fancy and expensive buildings, etc. And also because once they've sucked someone into their belief system, they have a strong hold of that person financially and emotionally, and they are allowed to severely mess with people's psychological states.

I did read a book by L. Ron Hubbard. It was science fiction. Scientology is a bunch of people taking science fiction way too seriously.

When their church starts demanding things and pushing their beliefs on to society, thats when i would consider them a problem.
