  • Unbelievable to see this live. Does this album have a central theme or is just interesting music?

  • It was not really a rock opera, just a varied collection of very good songs cleverly arranged.

  • The best anti-war song ever. It really does get to the root of the horror, mindlessness, misery and hypocrisy of war - an extraordinary song and wonderful to actually see and hear a live performance of it 40 years on. Sadly I wasn't there but the recordings I've heard and clips I've seen prove it was one awesome event.

    Chris White... what can I say? Superb bassist and songwriter and a vastly under-rated talent.

    Many thanks for this.

    I can remember in the mid 1960's seeing men still shaking with shell shock suffered 50 years before.

  • Superb ++++++++

  • I got my tickets for the London show!

  • This song/album are fantastic

  • An extraordinary performance of an extraordinary song.

    To all you British fans - The Zombies are doing a 4 date tour of this magnificent show playing 0+O for the final time in the UK in April. I'm off to see the penultimate show in Manchester and I know it will be a very very special evening. Miss 'em at your peril... it will be your last chance to see these guys in action!

  • Wow they actually dragged a full harmonium on stage for this one.

  • Yes, I've said the same thing for the longest time. It is the greatest anti-war song.
