V2-DAY: Travaglio (english subs) - first part

Travaglio intervenes at the V2-DAY, the demonstration promoted by Beppe Grillo.

The objective was to gather signatures in order to promote an initiative in 3 points:
1. Abolishment of the Order of Journalists, an organisation actually created by Benito Mussolini.
2. Abolishment of the public fundings to the publishing business, which make publishing dependent to politics.
3. Erasing the Gasparri Law on Television, that leaves (a) Berlusconi his 3 channels and (b) politics to influence RAI.

Of course, neither the politicians nor the media appreciated this demonstration. The number of attacks on Grillo, which go from 'populist' to 'failed comedian', from 'he has no influence' to 'hypocritical', actually show how distorted the italian media really is.
They don't talk facts. They talk about what lies around the facts, and in the meantime the subject is lost.
Opinions have slowly made facts disappear.
