With all due respect to your efforts, you are ruining the reputation of Indian cooking and this recipe. You do not know how to cook this recipe.

Hi I have 2 doubts....1. If you add the spinach at the end of the phase, the aroma and taste will like something like mud-spinach?
2. Is it good for kidney - while taking the tommoto + Spinach --> Dont mind I heard that will cause for kidney problems[Stones in Kidney]?

@sannygsr
We think it tastes great...definitely not like mud spinach :). We have not heard of kidney problems from eating tomato with spinach. Some vegetables, like spinach, when eaten in excess may cause problems but not if eaten moderately.

Was the spinach already cooked when you added it? Can't tell if it was fresh and raw when you added it... If I have a package of fresh spinach, would I just add it like you show in the video and let the spinach cook with the rest of the ingredients?

The spinach is raw when we put it in the pan. Spinach cooks really fast hence no prior cooking is required.

Garam Masala is a combination of spices, usually cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, bay leaf, etc. It is used with other spices as well. Curry powder is a one spice combo invented in the West - so you don't have to use all the spices. It has turmeric in it so is usually yellow.
