No one stated, mssedmebich, that an "organazation" (sic) is not responsible for the actions of "it" (sic) employees.
Unfocused anger and vague diatribe does nothing....except placate the enemy.

Most lawyers would be on the floor laughing at the idea that an organazation like the FBI is not responsible for the actions of it employees. I believe they still run their own mental evaluations and training in house. You are what you put on the payroll.

Just my take: guns have been a part of the United States since its birth, unlike the other major powers in the world. Claiming the right to bear arms was a direct challenge to the British - - the colonial masters of the time - - and locking it into our Bill of Rights is one safeguard to prevent a totalitarian regime from taking over easily. On a personal level I feel that I am part of the commitment to freedom and liberty because my country the USA recognizes gun ownership as a right.

David Koresh, on the other hand, is deceased. So I believe that the 2nd amendment was not incorporated against Oklahoma in the same manner that it may have been against Idaho for Randy Weaver.

Maybe it should be not just a right but a responsibility to bear arms. Any wrongdoer who waved a gun in a felony would need eyes all round their head to protect themselves from the concerned citizens' armed response of a hail of bullets...in self-defence, of course. Since America already has a greater death-by-gunshot count than the rest of the world put together it would hardly make a dent in the statistics and would thin out the armed felons at a rapid rate.
