The best yet stabilized and enhanced version of some of the best ever footage of CHAMP, The lake monster living in Lake Champlain, a natural freshwater lake in North America, partially situated across the U.S.-Canada border in the Canadian province of Quebec and partially situated across the Vermont-New York border. While there is no scientific evidence for the cryptid's existence, there have been over 300 reported sightings. • racheltanjiarui is right. It is a turtle. Snapping turtle to be exact. Spend some time on Champlain or Lake George and you will see them too.

  • I'm a wittle Wion! , Rawrr

  • Looks kind of like an elephant seal. If it was really taken in Lake Champlain, though, it can't be one.

  • Cryptomundo's Loren Coleman went to the site and measured the buoy as only being 60 feet from shore. It looks much farther away and the object bigger than it is. So the critter may be just 30 feet away, which is very close. As far as the head shape, when it turn's his/her head it looks like Touche Turtle to me. Try the U-Tube clip called " Lake Champlain Champ Sighting 5/25/10 Part 2," for the real Champ !

  • @pogsquatch I have a question though. Do they get that big up there? Or is there an optical illusion going on with the camera? It just looks too big to me to be a snapping turtle. They only grow to about right around 2 feet. And the shape of the head is wrong. It looks more to me like the head of a deer or something similar. I don't think for a minute that this is a dinosaur, but I don't think it's a turtle either.

  • a guy snorkeling with a prop they made in their garage

  • IT'S THE POKEMON TIRTOUGA.

  • Champ is Legend !

  • The reason a 'lake monster' would have survived all these years is because it has kept itself a secret. leave it alone. it wasnt meant to be discovered

  • no turtle can descend that gently. no one has a head shaped like this animal. and everyone who does have knowledge of kind of disturbances caused by movements under the surface, knows that these animal has a long snake like body that moves vertically in waves. this animal moves like an eel but vertical - not horizontal... clearly a strange unkown animal. discovery channel has a film of these animals, pursuited by belugas, bought from a fisherman's son for 75.000$ but hold it back now

  • Total fraud. Too easy to fake this video.
