LABYRINTH A

What the people of future should be able to do? When I ask myself this question, I am trying to imagine what our future natural environment will look like and what tools will be used. We can draw conclusions about the vision of the future while examining history, following the development of technology or climate changes etc. There is something yet which has key significance for the evolution of civilization. It is the growth of the consciousness of the individual who is subjected to transformations which are not that parallel to other factors. Why so? Technology, meaning tools used by people and the environment where they function, are a creation of their will; of idea carried into effect. Houses, cars, computers, telephones these are all materialized creations of mind which, after having been shaped, form a certain structure of interdependence. The interactions begin to influence people. We are changing in order to match them, both as physical as well as conscious beings. There is a pattern here. The creative thought, which is translated into technology, is independent from our true SELF, our mental purity, our conscious YES or NO. When constructing technologically the environment, we are not able to foresee our own attitude toward the effects of the creation. We are only able to find it out in practice, through experience. It is easy to find it in case of individual objects which are not involved in a network of interdependence. Complexity appears when we are faced with the network not only within the technology itself, but within the infinite number of mental, cultural, environmental, historical, geographical and other interdependences.
Labirynth A is my next work which is actually a test, based on the conviction of the all-embracing development and acceleration in human perception and reception. The use of sound becomes more and more popular and helpful and the progress is speeding up. Will those who have not learned the skill of receiving and transmitting the proper quality of sound be civilizationally handicapped?
