@shortdolphin50 Get a smaller one of course, you should get a filter idealed for your size of tank. Say if you had a 10 gallon tank, get a filter that can be used for that, not a huge one that is for 100 gallons+.

my water is warm and kinda dirty but my fish have only been in the tank for 24h and the filter is huge soo....... what can i do.

@TheNinjacat10 you should take it to the pet store they sould be able to help you. also take water samples and make sure its not the water. if you dont have the testing strips just put some water in bag with you to the store.
