  • @aquafinabo thanks man. i appreciate that a lot.i was actually gaining weight pretty well, until today when got a cold, and the only thing i ate today came out as liquid shit in the toilet. lol.

  • Yeah, I think it's all in how one likes to train, because I used to think that way too.

    But I don't think this guy would count the last rep or two if he was assisted.. that's just silly. Also, I just want to say that if one has to rely on forced reps to hit a particular goal each time, then they're doing something wrong.

    In the end though, I think we're thinking the same- we have a goal in mind and are striving to get there... whatever method it takes.

  • dumbass, 125 divided 2 is 62.5. thats the only way to combine them you moron. dumbells are nbot sold in pairs they are sold individually. a 125 dumbell is labeled as 125. youre an idiot. if you lifted weights you would know all of this stuff. also if you even looked at my videos youd know i can press 120s. you dont even look at them and yo usay you did. i guarantee my non musculat body is way more muscular than yours, and idont see any vids on your page son.
