@eriksf250 get it running-m5od tranny went out in it. the engine is still running strong. Then I guess I'll sell it.

@eriksf250 Im 15 and got my first project truck...92 f150 with a 300 and a 5 speed

@eriksf250 a 300 is about 9in longer then a 302 budd

@jcevilsexy probably won't fit. if the 302 fits tight from fire wall to radiator, then another two cylinders longer probably wont work

@eriksf250 i have a 79 fairmont with the 200 six with the low mount starter do you know if i can put a 300 out of a 79 150 in there ooh ant the car has a c4 id like to use the 300 instead of the everyday 302

have seen a 62 falcon wagon with a 300 cu . in. fully built , 4 spd , ford 8 in rear end ; 4.30 gear ! ran 11.60 in 1/4 mile ! like the car in this video ! NICE ! different & i like different in cars & trucks ! would like to build a 6 cylinder !

You clearly dont know what a 300 is capable of maybe not speed but they never stop running or pulling

275hp is easily attainable out of these motors. the only reason they had such low hp numbers from the factory was from a 1barrel carb and a single log exhaust manifol. just doing a 4 barrel intake, 600cfm 4v, cam, and headers, you can get between 250-300hp and a nice stump pulling 350-450ft/lbs of torque. I know alot about 300s and what they're capable of. Those mods are only moderate gains. throw a turbo on there and watch that 300 put out some torque.
