Make Your Voice Heard on Health Care

This message from Congressman Mike Pence does an outstanding job of framing what's at stake should Congress pass the health care 'reform' bill (H.R.3692). The bill is scheduled to come for a vote any day. We urge people to call or visit their Representatives ASAP to stop this bill from being passed into law.

Most here on either side are just parroting whatever source they picked for their "facts", which contradict each other endlessly and lead nowhere, so they can't all be facts. If you can't debate intelligently by clearly pointing out and correcting the flaws in the other's points instead of parroting again the opposite view, you can't vote intelligently either. You work for an insurance company? Don't count if they're "isolated"? Most don't die of murder, so murders are "isolated", too. But police are part of government, so maybe we should get rid of them? Your tax dollars pay for them and they're SUPPOSED to protect us no matter which color we are. Socialism!

private insurance makes its money by SATISFYING customers. That is an UNDENIABLE FACT. For you to PRETEND otherwise shows that you are completely ignorant of economics, business, and morality. All of your isolated scare stories and whining are just desperate propaganda ploys for cheap sympathy. Private Insurance satisfies the OVERWHELMING majority of customers.

They just THOUGHT they were covered while they paid their outrageous premiums all those years. They didn't get their premiums back either.
