When you enable backgrounder on a program, that program then has a black circle notifier type icon on the springboard. Mine doesn't have that. Do you mind telling me how I can get it?

how do you change your five icons on the lock screen?

You drag one of your running app icons (from the upper right corner) down to the bottom row of icons and place it on top of one. It'll replace it.
