I don't trust most MD's anyways, and I only began losing weight and bettering my life after listening to people like this gentleman. So with all due respect, I don't care about ur stupid reference.
this is great because its the same way i feel! I turn to the taste of JUNK to "feel" better, its so bad because it really just makes me feel worse when im not eating it.
I'm on my second day, which I read is when your body temporarily uses up some muscle tissue while switching to burning fat.
I've not made it past Day 3 before...but I have done diets close to fasting for longer periods of time...
I'm just worried that I will never be able to eat very little forever. So my goal for this fast is spiritual more than anything, because I'd like to find a way back to myself, to be happy without outside stimuli.
Day three here, too.

Work on improving your diet. Soy is not a healthy product. Get a book called "Nourishing Traditions" by Sally Fallon.

I totally understand, when I used to do water fasts, I used to get flashes of : Lasagna! or whatever. It's funny that you get the same thing.
