  • I would suggest going more in depth into this subject because this really only stretches the top of your foot, ankle, and the shin. Very good for preventing shin splints though. You need to address the Achilles Tendon(the lower and upper part), lower and upper calf. #justsayin

  • I found this vid about a year ago or so and I have been doing it every time I go for a walk or as a stretch before I work out. It has helped me SO much that I do it every single time I want to and love it!Thank you for posting this video!!!
