Vlog #20 - Yes Therapy, and Adderall.

I've got the therapist, and I am very happy with that decision, it has helped me immensely.

I've been diagnosed with ADHD and I am taking Adderall for it, which has helped with being able to concentrate, and follow through with tasks. I feel that I have a future now. :)

There's more to talk about, but that's for later.

Are you taking the regular one or Adderall XR?

Adderall XR 25mg in the mornings, and Adderall 10mg in the late afternoon as needed.

Stay away from amphetamines they are all dangerous it will cause pre frontal lobe damage and effect your vision for the worse

just dont abuse it, that shit burns you up if you start using it recreationally. was on

30mg xr for 5 years. also, it will take away your depression (amphetamines are fun!) but be prepared for severe anxiety if you stay on it long enough. just like with something like zanax, you gotta know when to get off the ride. good luck dude.

hey im going around youtube trying to find trustworthy videos to give to my friends and family about adhd. i know you posted this 7 months ago but i was wondering how the last 7 months has been on the prescriptions? i take concerta and i find that the stimulant meds help the most in controlling symptoms. just wanted to ask how life was for the last 7 months.

yeah i take 30mg xr and crash hell of bad by like early afternoon it sucks
