It's sad that there are so many European

"slaves" who desire nothing more than to give up democracy, and live in a condition of servitude to unelected, unnaccountable people.

Van Rompuy is against democracy, this is a fact.

He is an unelected leader trying to pass Europe wide taxes upon us all, he has no mandate and as such has no reasonable reason to create laws and taxes upon 500 million people who don't even have a clue who he is.

Van Rompuy is a perfect example of someone who has been put in power by his peers due to his ideological or political loyalty rather than competence.

He is a modern day soviet style apparatchik.

I do not hate Belgium, or any other European country. In this video Mr. Farrage speaks the truth about the EU, but I agree that his personal remarks were quite unnecessary.

All of you pro-EU people are blindly being sucked into a non-democratic system where the person making the rules will not be accountable to the people who will be expected to follow them!!

Do you know what "democracy" means?

It means "rule of the people"

The appointment of Van Rompuy IS anti-democratic because firstly : people are being forced - against their wishes- to be a part of a federalised European state. (The French, Dutch & Irish all said "NO")

Secondly, This "president" was not voted for "by the people" - by the citizenry of Europe!!

He was voted for by a group of beaurocrats!!!
