Fairport Convention "Time will show the wiser (1967)

Rare, earliest performance of this great band with original vocalist Judy Dyble. She would soon be replaced by Sandy Denny. Judy was very underrated! This song though has Ian Matthews on lead vocals. Richard Thompson, Ashley Hutchings, Simon Nicol, and Martin Lamble are the other members during this time.

This was filmed for the French program Bouton Rouge in April 1968. A month later, Judy Dyble was asked to leave and in May 1968 they recruited the great SANDY DENNY.
