I love the slap bass...

I take Hollywood "true stories" with a heavy grain of salt. they sex up everything they do a movie of. look at all the B.S. they stirred up about the Kennedy assassination after that movie J.F.K. came out. it was incredibly inaccurite, yet it has fueled a whole industry of conspiracy theories. Titanic, pure tripe.

loved this show in the 60's when I was a kid...it was my fav show next to wild wild west with Robert Conrad...

a simple drum pattern played in 4/4 time! a quarter note tied to 2 sixteenth notes, then a set of eighth notes, then a set of sixteenth notes ending the measure with a repeat.

How many different endings were filmed with Larry Hovis? It seemed there were at least three...with him raising the radio antenna, and two other where he mixes potions in beakers with various quizzical looks on his face, lol.

Never heard of it. I have watched Hollywood news-style shows that covered the murder. They pretty much implicated John Carpenter, but he got off on a technicality, so (theoretically) the murder was never solved. Mr Carpenter died awhile back, so this is a closed case.

Nowadays, with DNA and other forensic evidence, the murder would've been solved in a jif. It didn't help that Scottsdale Police didn't do a better job at preserving the crime scene.
