Residents in Makeevki, Russia were mesmerized by some strange cloud formations during a thunderstorm. Some were actually terrified by the face that appeared in the skies overhead. Residents in Elze, Russia reported a "Miracle Cross". Extremely religious people believed it was a sign from the heavens.
