協助犬 包含導盲犬 (guide dog) 導聽犬(signal dog) 服務犬(service dog) 具輔助治療作用的social/therapy dog.
Being a helpmate 協助身心障人士的生活
因此 除了俱備部份的服從犬 依情況而俱備拾回,開關燈等技能 除生活起居心靈上的陪伴
並該俱備在大眾場合的所該有的禮儀 性情穩定.體態健康及樂於服務是協助犬所需俱備的條件 。
補述：協助犬 並未有特殊犬種限定 挑選原則以其性情為主

如 導聽犬 從流浪犬收容所挑選合適的犬隻也有悠久的歷史 因此 米克斯 同樣能成為優秀的協助犬喔！

您好喔！ 謝謝你的稱讚 基本上 不只拉不拉多 很多犬種都很優秀 只要有適當的教學（也就是訓練）牠們可以完成很多事 更重要的是 牠們對於身心障人士的協助 不管是對生活上 或者 心理上 都是非常有意義的
