Oh wow FINALLY. Ive been searching for this video forever! First I tried little girls birthday parties. Then I asked a friend at work how I should go about finding it.. He said, "Have you tried japanese jello pools?" And BY GOLLY was he right. I was so excited I RUSHED home to my computer, typed it in. And there it was in the related videos section.
