  • My face dropped like a ton of bricks when I heard that guy spent 30 years of his life in prison for nothing.

  • I love breasts!

  • What a brain dead jury. Convicts a prescription med user.

I have lost all faith of people on juries. It seems jury pools are weeded down to the dumbest sheep who will blindly follow the state's wishes regardless of how baseless their case is.

Prosecutors seem to have a holier than thou attitude and over inflated sense of self importance.

  • @ghostrider5378

Sorry, I didn't notice it...I was too busy focusing on listening to the story of her FATHER BEING WRONGLY CONVICTED.

JESUS LOOK HOW BIG THE GIRL'S CHIN IS. 2ND TO LEFT.

  • @LELIUX1988 yeah I think that guy could have discovered something or done something good, but this is not just in the USA all around the world we have this problem lets just try to think of something to make it work as it should

  • @MrConservative608 How?

Care to explain HOW a judge is supposed to know when someone is or isn't lying? If a judge had that ability, then why would we need a jury at all. Just ask the person being charged if they committed the crime, and the judge will know the truth without the need for evidence.

The judge sees the same evidence as the jury. If an attorney lies to the jury, then they also are lying to the judge. Judges only see the presented evidence.

  • @JohnMuise Sue

  • It is bad in Canada also. I made someone angry and they made a false claim which landed me in jail for 2 weeks, at the trial the guy even admitted that he lied and still i was found guilty, lost my military career and all my guns. I have a criminal record and cannot get work. Thanks Canada.

  • @shrikechan Then it is a problem with Judges who are supposed to be the referees who call out misbehavior on the part of attorneys.
