For some reason I never noticed it until now but now I see that 'Be on your way' is ripped off of The Pretty Things' 'Midnight to six man'. Oh well, Squire re-worked Creation's 'Try and stop me' into 'Every trick in the book of love'....They were all at it...

JWIN71, thanks. You kindly sent me a copy of this video after the gig (24/08/90). I dragged my mate back to London from the Reading festival for this gig, and as Fay was ill James Taylor stood in for pretty much a full Prisoners set. In fact, when the camera pans around at 3.50 my mate, John, pokes his tongue out. Great night & very hot, so probably stunk pretty bad when we finally got home from the festival

well it works for me!.....every time!!.......still, that vest....haha!

Yeah, a true Day's tune, in the same way as "Come Closer"' intro is similar to "Romeo and Juliet" by Michael & The Messengers. I guess Graham intention was honoured his musical origins with this sort of tribute!

Hello, "Be on your way" was an original composition by The Prisoners, included in their last official album released in 1986 and called "In from the cold".
Them were, and still are for me THE BEST!!!

Be On Your Way is a Day tune isn't it??...sound a bit (lot) like Midnight To Six Man though! (Pretty Things)
I felt such an idiot filming this so close to the band.
Glad I did now.
