I'm sixteen, and am already more adept at baking than this fool. I hate to say something that is by now a cliche, but this 'man' has no idea what he i talking about.

This video is really poor. you can barely see the pastry.... the guy is confused and unclear .... messes up the whole thing... and does not have the vocabulary to explain what he is doing.... I am sure anyone could do better than this without preparation.....

ok I found how to braid... is it just me or is expert villiage not a good name for these people? And what's with making 5 videos no longer then 3 minutes? Just put them all together.
