hi , i need to ask u one question that is there anyway we can add more salt to it after it is baked.. i mean like if we can heat some oil and put salt to it and pour over the baked handvo.... do reply plz...

@vinitakukkar : There is no way that the salt will mix in as well - weather with oil or with lemon/lime juice. You can always serve it and have it with pickle or with chutney...

i wanted to know that is thr any way we can make handvo in a microwave oven instead of the traditional oven?

We have not tried to make handvo in a microwave. The batter will probably cook, but the consistency of baking will probably not be there...especially the browning effect.
