  • I ate plenty of eggs and still became b12 deficient so its not just vegetarians.

  • @Goone1972 Thanks for your comment on our video. You're absolutely right, it's not just vegetarians that can be B12 deficient, they are just more likely too, since their normal diet does not include a natural source of B12. We appreciate you sharing your experience. :)

  • Thank you very much for this informative video! A few of my coworkers began taking the B12 shots and it truly gave them the energy they need to get through our busy days. I have been skeptical about the B-family because B6 caused me severe acne but I may not have given it enough time for the toxins to leave my body. Hmmm! May have to give this a try.
