The best way to treat sunburn is to prevent getting burnt in the first place by wearing protection when being exposed to sun light for long periods of time. If burns still happen, follow the advice of a paramedic in this free video about ways to treat bad sunburn.

  • If you have an Aloe Vera plant near your house, cut the skin off and rub the juices on your sunburn. It makes it feel a lot better.
