Timelapse video showing the day/night cycle in the Age of Laki'ahn in Myst V: End of Ages.
You may notice that the night is very short. This is because the night is caused by a 'dayly' recurring solar eclipse.

  • No, this game just looks terrible period. I can't believe Cyan Worlds were so hellbend on screwing over their own creation. After how amazingly well Ubisoft did with Revelations.

  • I wouldn't say it's terrible, but indeed it didn't quite live up to any expectations...

  • wow... short...

Hmm, I new the animation wasn't going to be too great in MYST 5 but that looks terrible

  • It's a timelapse. That means it's going to be short and the animation is going to look repetitive, in all games.
