I'm usually not an advocate of government ownership. I like the smallest government possible. But with corporations like RWE running Kentucky American Water Company, the city couldn't do any worse. I believe the election was bought by corporate money. Why would we want profits from the water company going overseas instead of staying in our community? Why would we want Germans owning and controlling our water?
