@KewneRain No. There is already water in the Metal Coating. Adding water will just cause it to run.

Is it possible to apply this on a car's bodywork?
Will it only rust on the surface? or will it rust through the metal of the bodywork?

@maartn90 If a good sealer is applied 1st the rust will stay on the surface.
