I got to spend a couple of hours with the highly anticipated Blackberry Storm and created this video of the copy and paste feature.

Selecting text from an email or SMS is basically impossible.

Selecting from the browser is very difficult, but doable.

All said, the interface leaves much to be desired.

Sammy, by now I'm pretty sure you have already downloaded the new patch but if you haven't just do it. It'll take care of it's sluggishness and unresponsiveness as well

You need to turn your phone off. As you turn it on, a pop up will appear asking if you want to download the new 8.18.56 patch. Click ok. It'll take a while 'cause it'll update your O.S. and Java abilities. If not, bring it to a Verizon store and they'll do it for you. On mine the pop up came up as soon as Blackberry launched it on the second day.
