Cathy's oversized wardrobe and grandma taste in prints made her a winner in a What Not to WearTimes Square casting call. This self-nominated 32-year-old teacher has recently gone through a lot of changes. She moved to NYC from Virginia and has also lost a lot of weight, but she still wears the same clothes that hang on her new body. Cathy likes an edgier style but is scared to shed her old style for a new one. Will Stacy and Clinton be able to help this Virginia transplant meet her New Year's resolution of looking like a real New Yorker?

It seems as if Stacy doesn't like this woman (which isn't like her at all). In my opinion it is rude to show your dislike so clearly towards a guest on the show.

What Nick said about there being nothing in between "straight across bangs" and no bangs was just stupid. Hasn't he ever heard of angled bangs? Feathered bangs? Anything like that? Gah! Ok, I'm fine now. :)

Nick is a horrible hairdresser. The woman says she doesn't want bangs and he says there's no other way to style her hair? She has beautiful hair and there's so much he could have done! He's so uncreative, unimaginative and boring. I don't think she liked it.

I love Stacy and Clinton, but I don't necessarily agree on all their choices. For example, that tweed plaid jacket with that bold print blouse on the mannequin??? Horrible! TMI! I wouldn't be caught dead wearing that! And I can't see what is so wrong about Cathy's denin jacket they asked her to take off and leve on the studio! Anyway, I love the show and learn a lot from it.
