The Aquitania remained a stunning beauty to the last, they really should have saved the last four stacker.

Thanks for that, brilliant but sad. All the good ones are gone now. It was nice to see the 'Norway'(ex 'France') included, a beutiful ship.

@aardvaark069 hey, its ashbash on a new channel, i personally think Mauretania looked better in white, it made her look bigger and you couldsee all her potholes which made her not look as bland as she did with a black hull when or the portholes couldn;t be seen, my most fave ship ever =)

mauretania ended her days as a .gasp, tropical booze cruise ship. Thus the white painted hull for the carribean trade.

This was great, it is sad how ships like the Mauritania were scrapped. It's a real pity... :/
