@zenmachinefilms Roland actually did a terrible job with the JD 800 because it lacks of midi sync, you can not sinchronize the LFOs via midi and the sliders does not trasnmit midi signal so you can not record their movements in a sequencer. The Korg Wavestation series came out the same year and had the same atmospheres and you were able to sync them with your drum machine or sequencer. Roland did a very bad job theer and the JD 800 got lost in time pretty quick.

It's funny, I created also a song named 'An orange dream' with a wink to Tangerine Dream ;-) Appearantly you got the same idea! haha
