  • the pressure on your knees will depend on how low ur stances are. if someone is having a bad knee than don't go low on the stances. the practitioner has to choose his or her own comfort level.

  • dont you need to shift your wheight on your bad knee isent that bad?

  • i am having knee problem myself and m practicing taichi since to strengthen my thigh muscles for knee protection.you go low on the stances as you progress.
