I am American but I support your message, trust me, once drug commercials start they don't stop... It's frightening when your own family members ::shudder:: take some of these drugs, we should be able to trust our doctors but I can't anymore. I haven't been to the doctor (other than a student health clinic) for over four years... I used to use anti-depressants and birth control but I can no longer trust my community health care system nor afford it if I did... BETTER LUCK TO YOU, CANADA!

Yeah! But I'm guessing they will rise from the dead. Though it would certainly be an improvement if they are forced to at least split the print and TV arms.

Writing the gov't is worth doing, especially if it comes as a personalized email which they might actually look at. The gov't Attorney General is already defending the case which is being challenged under the Charter. Other than that, we could encourage our gov't to vigorously defend the case, enforce existing laws, and write even tougher laws. The Conservatives seem to be loosening those laws.
