    It certainly does. Especially as we made Adam do another ad work out just before. The ball also conditions the body for absorbing bodyshots. Not that adam is in the ring long enough to take a body shot. 2 pro bouts and 2 KO's - check out our other videos to see his KO's

  • @falseistrue I currently bench 250lbs and weight 155lbs. In college I put up 305lbs. I'm plenty strong thank you very much.
