Confessions of a Binge Eater

Had a rough day yesterday, which included a trip to Wendy's, See's candy and Cinnabon. But today is a new day. Thank you all for your support. I also read a journal entry.

Off days/bad days/hard days are par for the course with just about every kind of habit or issue or problem (certainly with disordered eating) but your motto "one day at a time" is so inspiring and down to earth! I really like your vids because of your honesty even about things that are hard. I definitely commend you for that! :)

Sorry you had a bad day. Besides it not being healthy and frustrating it can be soooooooooo expensive. I found ways to get around it (I won't share them here because I don't want to trigger anyone/give ideas) but ultimately I was still unhappy because I had binged once again. Hope you are having a better day today.

God yes, when I used to binge eat.....damn it was expensive. I miss the comfort that the food brought, but I don't miss the food bills! I used to do a weekly shop, yet everyday I was still buying stuff for me. Yes it is tough, the only thing that worked for me, was to see the food as an addiction, a bad one. I dindn't see it as my 'always there friend' anymore. God, it was tough tho.
