This mental exercise is meant to disconnect you from old guilt you laid on yourself after the death of a person or animal you were very attached to. Every person I work with having depression I do this type of disconnect therapy. They often say afterwards, "I feel lighter." It takes about 10 seconds of actual disconnect therapy.

  • Feeling lighter is the best indicator that something good happened. Find anything that causes an unwanted feeling and play the video again for even better results overall.

  • A lot of depression could be helped by my simple technique. Chronic depression is something you do to yourself by wrong thinking. Acute depression due to a loss is another matter. Loren

  • If you don't know, it probably didn't. Disconnect means disconnect you from the cause of your depression.

  • Why does everyone with depression always comment with what they have and how messed up they are? I'm depression and I don't do that. That's called ATTENTION SEEKING.

    People respond differently.

Why don't we fix your depression. What was going on in your life when it started? That's where to look first.

  • I felt lighter after one viewing of this video. Thank you L E Parks. I will come back and repeat as necessary. It is like someone telling you it is okay to feel this way but harmful to you if you continue.

  • @TheOn3LeftBehind I think that it helps people to be understood by others who feel the same. But that only provides a one-minute empathy fix, in my opinion.

It's good to be able to express how one feels, but there must also be the desire to shed the problem, in this case depression. If one really, really wants to be cured of something and Loren provides a clip for it, it's the way to go.

No meds, long-lasting, and free follow-up visits.

    This is the real deal.

  • I smiled

  • you seem like a very nice man, nice video sir.

  • Thanks, Loren.

  • i don't know if it helped me. what does that mean?

...and another thing, what does it mean when you say disconnect?

  • i don't know if it helped me. what does that mean?
