Culinary Shorts: Fudge Brownies

Additional Tips and Information:
- 8 oz of butter is equal to roughly two standard sticks of butter.
- Add more flour to make a more cake-like brownie.
- Nuts are another optional ingredient.
- Longer cooking will make the brownie less fudge-y, but not enough will make it runny. (Unless you like that.)
- Use a round pan to avoid dry corners. (Again, unless you like that.)
