@nyatheart PETA doesn't support practices like that. They support peaceful protest. Someone may have done that in the name of PETA, but they in no way represent what PETA represents.
-
Honestly? A few signs saying that dogs in shelters are important too shouldn't receive many negative comments at all. Their protest was peaceful and at a dog show is a good place to make your opinions known.
-
Outright derisive laughter would have been the best crowd reaction to this.
-
PETA and their tactics are giving themselves a bad name. Their message of ethical treatment for animal is getting lost in ludicrous behavior and idiotic protests. They are their own worst enemy.
-
Jeez, PETA, get a grip.
-
they did it AGAIN last night, assuming it's them, some woman tried to bum rush the stage

@AlvinAndHobbes I've been to some shows where they release the dogs from their crates because it was "cruel" to keep them locked up. I've even been to shows where they had put NAILS into the dog food. Please, don't be ignorant. I was all for PETA at one point, and then I was exposed to their true agenda. To hell with them all.

PETA is the biggest collection of morons on the face of the earth and anyone that supports these animal murdering nazi hypocrites is a moron as well.
-
If I were in the audience, I would've shoryuken'ed that bitch into next week!

I support PETAs' efforts as animals need a voice but i have worked in an animal shelter and they have almost all mutts in them ..so we cant really blame qualified breeders for an abundance of mixed-breed animals in shelters.
I'm not crazy or an idiot... my best friend was at the dog show where it happened. She shows dogs professionally which is why I was at Wesminster to begin with. I'm all for adopting a mixed breed dog, but PETA people can sometimes act a little crazy and get carried away.

Well considering at a recent dog show, PETA put anti-freeze in the dog bowls while they were out. They almost killed them all if a handler hadn't noticed. How is that an ethical treatment of animals??
