this really brings back memories. why can't i find clips for the magic mirror bit from Romper Room hosted by this chick?

wow is all I can say that and does anybody know who hosted romper room in the 1970's in colorado springs?

Hmm.... If the participants were just a little older, this could be mistaken for a clip from "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon".

In Pittsburgh,Pa.we watched Romper Room on WTAE Ch.4 w/Miss Jane[not sure of last name].She died at the age of 26 on the afternoon of Dec.2,1969 supposedly of natural causes,tho I believe there was other reasons suspected.I believe she was on tv that morning as I think the show was live..It's sad since I had just watched her the week before on Thanksgiving vacation..I've tried to do an internet search on her,but came up w/nothing.Miss Jan[now also deceased]replaced.her.

I had a punching ball and some Romper Stompers too. That baby is just so cute. Why can't they show Romper Room on TV now? I'll bet my five year old nephew would love it.

I was also on Romper room with my cousin in 1969 in Bangor Maine

Ya something about those early 70's dress the teachers would wear that showed so much legs... and maybe some more if you were lucky that made being a little kid so special back than =) Easy to understand why VH's song is so appropriate for this!

Wait a minute! You mean she switched the mirror for one with a hole?!! I thought it was magic. Thanks for ruining my childhood man. :D
