Enter this in your DS and follow video instructions. Activate cheat in AR. Start. Hit L+R together. Then R+A together, then go to trainer card and hit X, A, B, B. Back out of menus and open bag, first item should be 493 Heart Scales. Toss out number equal to number of pokemon in the Dex that you want. Hold L and walk through grass. Should be lv. 98! Want them to be shiny? Activate shiny cheat, see other vid. :)
