@amwarp My comment was from last year... when we had Cliff Lee the Mariners thought Smoak plus beaven and luke... the othe guy was lawson. over just montero. Seeing both guys in the minors i thought no way a MLB team would take smoak over montero.

I'm from Seattle and have been a Mariner fan my whole life. But i do have to say that our General Manager Jack Z-whatever is a dumb ass. Jesus Montero is the best thing to happen to the M's since Ichiro. He makes horrible decisions and our team has gotten progressively worse since 2001

@rolomadon Yes, because having Smoak and Montero and a bunch of pitching prospects who will be just as good or better than "Pineada" is better than having just Montero and "Pineada." Okay.

@scottmbrowne Yeah a bigger joke ... instead of having pineada and Montero On the same team. I guess jack z knew he made a mistake when he traded Cliff lee for justin smoak. When he could have had jesus montero for cliff lee in the first place . Thanx Scott i prove my Point. I called it 11months ago
