It's nigh on impossible for PC Mandy to work out who downloaded the U2 album illegally - luckily PC Hope's got a bit of common sense.
This video was produced for a Don't Disconnect Us event, as part of a campaign about the UK government's filesharing proposals, part of the Digital Economy Bill.
