7:37 Obscure 70s interview, want.

@Evilbot88 They were very, very small bags.
-
where the hell did she hear that they made bags of money?
-
7:32 haha

What's the interviewer's name?
-
@SlamJaw Yeah, I must agree with that, as much as i like Reed. i think Reed has got better with age, however, i cannot think of a period when Cale has not been brilliant.

Great interview thank you. I saw him perform Paris 1919 in Melbourne Australia a few nights ago; then after the interval just Cale and band came out without the orchestra and really rocked out with songs like Gun and Pablo Picasso, etc. Both sets were fantastic, but as 1919 is one of my favorite albums of all time, I'd have to say I enjoyed that the most. That's not to say the second set wasn't great. Cale and band really showed people 1/3 his age how it's done with a rockin, tight band! TY

saw him last night and he still rocks! he is the best

John Cale is a legend in my mind. I love Lou, but I think Cale was the real brains behind the Velvets. I love all four of their main albums, but their decline in quality after he left is apparent.
I like two velvet underground songs, but I love John Cale's music.

Nice watching this over and over again. Never ending pints in the background haha! Have been in the pub several times. I hope it stays open. Cheers!

I couldn't make it unfortunately - but I would have loved to have seen Cale perform Paris 1919. And I hope the Vulcan pub, where this interview took place, stays open.
