Does anyone think it would be proper to mandate candidates for federal office to complete all 100 questions on our Citizenship Test on the spot, no preparation? Further, could Bachmann the "historian" pass that test on the spot, say in the middle of her rant in this video? A frightening majority of birthright citizens answer these questions incorrectly; I wonder if our representatives also represent that general lack of knowledge about American history, rights, government, etc.
